Project Overview
A Clear Exterior Built for Approval
This exterior visualisation presents a compact contemporary home with a confident but restrained street presence. The facade balances brick, glass, and dark metal detailing to give the proposal a realistic relationship with its UK residential context.
The aim was to make design intent immediately legible: the massing, entrance sequence, daylight response, and material tone all needed to feel resolved enough for planning, client review, and early marketing conversations.
Story / Concept
Architecture That Settles Into Its Street
The concept is rooted in quiet confidence. Rather than relying on excessive form-making, the design uses deep reveals, controlled glazing, and tactile brickwork to create depth. Soft landscape edges and warm interior light help the building feel inhabited, while the dark frame language gives the exterior a precise contemporary identity.
Design Approach
Realism Before Drama
CGI Axis focused on making the exterior believable before making it cinematic. Material scale, window reflections, paving tone, and planting density were all handled with restraint so the visual supports decision-making.
- Composed facade views that explain scale, rhythm, and street presence.
- Balanced soft daylight with subtle interior glow for realism.
- Used material contrast to communicate quality without visual noise.
- Created supporting views for arrival, entrance detail, and garden elevation.
